The
Interview Analyzer "Names" Interface is a information management tool for
Action Team, specifically designed for organizational structure display
and personnel data information management. The user may view snapshot
in time of an organization, move through that structure and compare it
to another time frame, display Org Charts associated to one individual
and Identify Coworkers. At the Project level the user may display
the whole project list, list limited to series and associated to an individual.
Time frames can be selected a calendar or from a user-defined pick list
of commonly referred dates.
In
addition, the user may view all personnel data and interview information
using the profile
form. A phonetic (fuzzy) search capability is available
for all names in the database which normalizes all variations in data entry. |
