1. Click here to down load the self extracting file called Cyberbit.exe and save it to the temp directory.
2. Go to the temp directory and double click on Cyberbit.exe, file will extract.
3. Go to Start (bottom left), Settings, Control Panel and double click Fonts. From the Fonts pull down menu select File, Install New Font.
4. Under Folders, go to the temp directory and your fonts should appear in the upper box. Select fonts and click OK.
5. From the Netscape 3.0 pull down menu select Options, General Preferences and click the Fonts tab.
6. Under "For the Encoding" select Unicode and under "use proportional font" click choose font button, select Bitstream Cyber click OK and allow our Chinese page to reload and you should be able to view it.
