To configure Netscape Communicator
 
1. Click here to down load the self extracting file called Cyberbit.exe and save it to the temp directory.

2. Go to the temp directory and double click on Cyberbit.exe, file will extract.

3. Go to Start (bottom left), Settings, Control Panel and double click Fonts. From the Fonts pull down menu select File, Install New Font.

4. Under Folders, go to the temp directory and your fonts should appear in the upper box. Select both fonts and click OK.

5. From the Netscape Communicator pull down menu select Edit, Preferences and under Category click Fonts.

6. Under "For the Encoding" select Unicode and under "use proportional font" click choose font button, select Bitstream Cyberbit, click OK and allow our Chinese page to reload and you should be able to view it.

7. From the Netscape Communicator pull down menu select View, Encoding, Unicode (UTF-8) and allow the file to reload.
